HIGHER EDUCATION

Christopher Willits has instructed sound, art, music and multimedia classes for over ten years. He has developed dozens of courses and developed sound and multimedia departments at California College of the Arts (CCA), The San Francisco Art Institute (SFAI), Berkeley City College (BCC), The Art Institute San Francisco, Norcal DJMPA, Sound Arts, the Bay Area Video Coalition and Goucher College.

Currently Christopher teaches graduate sound + image and creative process courses at CCA, Goucher College, sound design at BCC, Digital Audio and Audio Programming classes at The Art Institute San Francisco, and focuses on private customized instruction with select individuals with specific needs. Willits also teaches and organizes group workshops through the record label / community building organization that he founded - Overlap.
